4.6 Network / APP
Select Network / APP using the cursor keys and press OK to enter. Use / , to
highlight the selected submenu and press OK to enter it.
Network Settings
Internet connection can be automatic – via DHCP or set manually. To set the
connection manually, set DHCP to O. Then, using the number buttons on
the remote control, enter the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS
Primary and Alternate. Go to Conrm and press OK.
Wireless Network Settings
To connect to a wireless network, you must rst equip it with a wireless ne-
twork card. This is possible by connecting a Wi-Fi card via the USB port. After
connecting the adapter the receiver displays information about the device
is detected, scanning for networks and connecting. Available networks will
be displayed in the list. You can refresh this list using the RED button. To
connect to your network, highlight it with / and press OK. For a secure
network, enter the appropriate password. Type the password, moving aro-
und the virtual keyboard using the / and / and selecting characters by
pressing OK. You can select the function below, the „Show key” if you want
the entered password to be visible. After entering the correct password, the
receiver connects to a wireless Internet network.
Update over the Internet
In this menu, you can update the software of the receiver via the internet.
URL Press OK to enter the name of an Internet address, which will be in-
stalled updated software. If you do not know the proper address,
you will not be able to use this function. Type addresses moving on
the virtual keyboard using the / and / and selecting charac-
ters by pressing OK. Select the blue button to nish entering or go
to „Save” and press OK.
Start Start Press OK to begin the update. The receiver will start checking
the protocol. If you nd software to download, start the update. You
can interrupt the download updates using the YELLOW button.
