Adjusting "The Back" to Fit the Wheelchair

1. Loosen the two adjustment screws at the upper assembly adapters and slide the upper as-
sembly adapters inwards or outwards (Fig. 4) until they are in the appropriate position for the
wheelchair‘s width.

Firmly tighten the adjustment screws as soon as both brackets (Fig. 5, Item 1) have been
adjusted properly.
Attention!
It is important that the right and the left assembly adapter hooks are set equidistant
from the center (see Fig. 5). The distance "d" must be the same on both sides. If this
is not the case, "The Back" will not be level and may position the user incorrectly.
