Charger initiates charge,
but stops before high
current (>10 A) charging is
achieved. Displays
“Connect Battery”.
OTTO 100 SDV is in an
Emergency Stop state with
“BMS Error” in the
diagnostics.
The AC-Phases of the
charger are not connected

Have an electrically qualified person
check the AC connection to the
Charger Electronic Unit.
The Charge Profile is
incorrect for the installed
battery.
Confirm the charge profile on the
Ecotec Charger correctly corresponds
to the OTTO 100 SDV version in use.
OTTO 100 SDV becomes
physically stuck in charger
The OTTO 100 SDV
integrated lift has moved
into a lower position,
clamping down on the
charge contacts.
Check that the OTTO 100 SDV
integrated lift is in its charge position
and not sitting on the charging/signal
contacts of the Charge Dock.
