Messaging
䡲 If the recipient’s name and wireless number are not in your Contacts list,
enter the full wireless number or email address.
䡲 To address a message to multiple recipients, separate the addresses
with a semicolon (;). (If you address a single text message to three
people, you are billed for three messages.)
6. Enter your message, or press Menu (right softkey), select My Text, and
then select a predefined phrase you want to insert.
7. (Optional) Press Menu (right softkey) and select Spell Check.
8. (Optional) Press Menu (right softkey) and select Message Options.
Enter a callback number and then press OK .
9. Press Send (left softkey).
Receiving Text Messages
When your phone is on and you are in a wireless coverage area, you automatically
receive new text messages. You can also set your smart device to notify you when
a new text message arrives.
The new message notification may include either of the following options:
䢇 Reply: Opens a message addressed to the sender’s phone number.

Know?
You can send and receive text messages even while you are on a phone
call. This is easiest when using a hands-free headset or the
speakerphone.
Tip:
Some symbols can’t be used in text messages. Invalid characters are
automatically replaced by the Messaging application.
