When you respond to a text message from the SMS list view, you can
change the phone number before sending the response. Open the text
message and edit the phone number, or add an area code or country
code. Enter your reply text and select Send to send the message.

When viewing a message, you can press Right on the 5-way to move to
the next message in that account, or press Left on the 5-way to move to
the previous message in that account.
