Measures to be Taken
The above voltage is not present
No abnormality is observed
No foreign object is stuck on the fan
Disconnection/Imperfect
connection of the connector
A foreign object is
stuck on the fan
The voltage is present
Check if a foreign object is stuck on the fan.
Fix the problem.
Replace the indoor unit fan motor.
Replace the indoor unit control board.
Check for bad connection of the fan motor connector.
Check the resistance between

and between

of the
fan motor connector.
When the power is supplied to the indoor unit, is the following voltage
present between the following connectors of the indoor unit fan motor?
Between

1
: DC140V or 280V
Between
5
4
: DC15V
(Measure the voltage after the fan motor connector is removed from the
board.)
Either one is short-circuited
Replace the indoor unit fan motor.
No short-circuit
