Fuser 1. Paper Jam in Fuser Unit.
2. Check the Fuser Entrance Sensor
connector.
3. Fuser Entrance Sensor is defective.
4. Check the Fuser Unit Paper Exit Sensor
connector.
5. Fuser Unit Paper Exit Sensor is defective.
6. Check the EC PCB connector.
7. EC PCB is defective.

Error
Fuser Pressure
control is abnormal.
Fuser 1. Fuser Motor is defective.
2. Fuser Motor connector is disconnected.
3. Check the EC PCB connector (CN502).
4. EC PCB is defective (Fuse is open).
5. EC PCB is defective. (Check F12)
6. Check the Home Position Sensor 1 or 2
connector.
7. Home Position Sensor 1 or 2 is defective.
8. Check the Fuser Unit Relay connector.
9. MOTDRV PCB is defective (Check F3)

Timer
IH Fuser is abnormal. Fuser The Induction Heating (IH) unit stopped when
the software failed to control the temperature
within a certain range. Turn the Power SW
Off & back On to Reset.

1. The rotation of the
Right Cover Fan is
not being detected

predetermined
time.
2. Right Cover Fan
keeps rotating after
a predetermined
time has lapsed.
Fan 1. Check the Fan connector.
2. Fan is defective.
3. Check the ADU PCB connector (CN403).
4. ADU PCB is defective. (Check F1)
5. EC PCB is defective. (Check F2)

Roller Fan is not

4. EC PCB is defective.
