p To change the recording form at, change the R ecording Mode. (F 54)
p The images recorded betw een pressing the recording start/stop button to start recording
and pressing it again to pause recording becom e one scene.
When you record with the [REC MODE] set to [iFram e],
the scenes longer than
approximately 20 minutes will be autom atically divided. (Recording will continue.)
p When [REC MODE] is set to [iFram e], screen will pause momentarily when the recording is
paused.

or built-in memory)
p Maximum num ber of recordable scenes and maximum num ber of different dates will be
less than above table w hen there are both iFram e scenes and still pictures recorded on SD
card or built-in memory.
p While recording is in
progress, the recording will not stop even if the LC D m onitor is closed.

About the com patibility of the recorded motion pictures
When motion picture is re c o rd ed in AVCHD form at

by AVCHD com patible equipm ent. Im ages cannot be played with equipm ent that does
not support AVCHD (ordinary DVD recorders). Confirm t
hat your equipm ent supports
AVCHD by referring to the operating instructions.
p It is not alw ays possible to play back motion pictures recorded with the recording
format set to AVCHD on AVCHD com patible equipm ent. In such a case, play back on

unit instead.
