How to Remove Internal Battery Pack
(for Models with Internal Battery Pack)
The battery pack embedded in the equipment is replaceable; however, make sure
to contact a designated contractor for removal and installation.
Be sure to disconnect the power cable of the main block (POS Workstation) and
confirm the power is “OFF” before the operation below.
Detach the stand, etc. from the display unit, and separate the main
block.

First, remove the HDD and SD Memory Card from
the main block.
In removing the HDD, unscrew the screw securing
the HDD tray.

Unscrew four screws securing the chassis on the
top side of the main block.
Raise and invert the chassis, and lay it on a flat
surface.

Unscrew three screws securing the battery pack.
Disconnect the battery pack connector from the
main substrate to remove the battery pack.
