Set the basic functions and maintenance functions of the unit.
User Settings
Item Contents
USB ID Display the scanner's USB serial number.
Language Set the language used on the Configuration Web.
Sleep
Set the time length before the unit enters sleep mode.
(1 to 120 min.)
Power Off
Set the power auto-off function.
(15 min. to 72 hrs.)
Roller Cleaning Notification
Enable (On) or disable (Off) the settings.
Roller Replacement Notification
Glass Cleaning Notification
Date Format
Select a date format from MMDDYYYY, DDMMYYYY or
YYYYMMDD.
Time Format

Select a time format from 12H or 24H.
Prefix Removal
(Email Subject)
Enable (On) or disable (Off) the settings.
• Off: Email Subject is "<Host Name> : <Type Code> : <Sequence
ID> <User defined subject>".
• On: Email Subject is "<User defined subject>".
In the case of an SMTP server test, error notification or scan
notification, the prefix is not removed from the E-mail subject, in
order to clarify who the sender is.
