1. Clean the glass with a dry soft cloth.

Clean
the
paper
rollers
with
a
damp
cloth
then
dry
thoroughly
to
prevent
the
paper
from
jamming.

If
you
cannot
get
a
clear
copy
after
performing
the
above
steps
1
and
2,
clean
the
thermal
head with
a
cloth moistened
with
denatured
alcohol
(alcohol
without
water),
then
dry
thoroughly.
To prevent
malfunction
due
to static electricity,
do
not use
a
dry
cloth and
do
not
touch
the
thermal
head
with your
finger
directly.
