(For Analog PBX Line/Long Distance Service Users)
We recommend you press (REDIAL/PAUSE) if a pause is required for
dialing with a PBX or to access a long distance service

■ Pressing ( R E D I AL/PAUSE I once creales a 3 5 second pause This prevents
misdialing when you redial or dial a stored number
■ P r essing [ R E D I AL/PAUSE ) more than once increases the length of the pause
between numbers
For Call Waiting Service Users
Press I FLASH/CALL WAIT/PLAYBACK 1 or [FLASH/CALL WAIT] if you hear
a call-waiting tone while talking
■ The first call is put on hold and you can answer Ihe second call
■ To return to Ihe first caller, press (FLASH/CALL WAIT/PLAYBACK) or
f FLASH/CALL WAIT) again
■ The call waiting service cannot be used when
—you are having a conference call (p 60), or
—the answering system is recording someone’s message
■ If this function does not operate properly, consult your telephone company for
details

Call Waiting Caller ID Feature allows your unit
to display the second caller's information After
you hear a call-waiting tone while talking, the
unit will display the caller’s name with the phone
number and "- W aiting-"
■ The called line status icon is displayed on the handsel
