2.2 Station Programming
Total Extension Charge Fee Reference
Provides you with the display of the total extension charge (telephone rate). You can
print out and clear the displayed meter and charge.
— Be sure that you are in the Station Programming mode: Press [PROGRAM] [9] [9].
1. Dial 8.
2. Enter the ID Code (4 digits).
• The display shows the meter.
• To erase an incorrect entry, press the CLR (S2) button.
3. Dial 4.
• The display shows the total extension meter.
<Example>
4. Press the SEL (S1) button.
• The display shows the total extension charge in Pounds.
<Example>
• Pressing each button corresponds to the following
operations:
— CLR (S2) button : To clear the meter and charge of all
extension number.
— STORE button : To print out the total meter and charge
of all extension numbers, and the
individual charges for each extension
number.
5. Press the HOLD (END) button.
• The display returns to step 3.
6. Press the HOLD (END) button again.
• The display shows the initial programming mode.
— To exit from Station Programming mode: Press [PROGRAM] or lift the handset.
