Long Rail Setting (Open Depth Rail)
1.
For cases previously run, refer to the View Setup Values PanelView screen
in the PanelView for scale settings.
Note: Open depth of the case is top flaps open, bottom flaps closed.
2. Loosen the quick-release handles located by the magazine and on the
discharge end of the machine.
3. Slide the rail to the appropriate scale setting.
4. Tighten the quick-release handles.

For initial setup, adjust the long rail to the open depth dimension plus 1/8"
for clearance.
6. Loosen the quick-release handles located by the magazine and on the
discharge end of the machine.
7. Make sure the case scoreline is aligned with the machine scoreline constant,
see pg 41.
8. Slide the rail to the appropriate position and tighten the quick-release
handles.
