5. USE
5.1. ACTIV'SECURITY DEACTIVATED
Warning
The user is strongly advised not to deactivate the Activ' Security. Deactivating this safety system
exposes the user to the risk of serious and deep cuts.
The user is responsible for any accident that occurs as a result of the deactivation of the Activ'
Security.
The deactivation of this safety system is recorded in the tool's black box.
5.1.1. STARTING THE TOOL WITH ACTIV' SECURITY DEACTIVATED
1. Press the ON/OFF button (1).
Note
The tool will emit a series of beeps to indicate
that it is switching on.
The Activ' Security LED flashes slowly red.
2. Take the tool into your hand.
3. Press the trigger (2) with the index finger of the hand
holding the tool.
The blade opens.
The tool is ready for use.
