TCP-Preamp Gain Steps | and 2 below test the output of U18 ECG amplifier hybrid. Set
the output of the function generator to produce a 1V p-p, 10Hz sine
wave. Connect the frequency generator to the adapter using a 1000: 1
voltage divider (Figure 3-2) to keep the 1mV test signal accurate
and stable.

1. Connect the oscilloscope ground to U12 pin 7. Turn on the frequency
generator.
2. Verify the signal at TP9 is 4V p-p +0.2V. Turn off the frequency
generator.
