Use, maintenance and warning manual
3.4 - OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
The following is a list of obligations and prohibitions to be observed for the safety of the operator:
• carefully read and understand the use, maintenance and warning manual;
• check whether the downstream equipment is suitably sized according to the performance required of the regulator in
the actual operating condition;
• before installing the equipment, strictly refer to the details specied on the nameplates and in the manual;
• Avoid violent shocks and impacts that could damage the equipment and, as a result, cause the pressure uid to
escape.
It is strictly forbidden to:
• operate in various capacities on the equipment without the PPE indicated in the work procedures described in this
manual;
• operate in the presence of open ames or bring open ames close to the work area;
• smoke near the equipment or while working on it;
• use the equipment with parameters other than those indicated on the nameplate;
• use the equipment with uids other than those indicated in this manual;
• use the equipment outside the operating temperature range specied in this manual;
• install or use the equipment in environments other than those specied in this manual.
