3. The following topology must be set when the IP address of the switch is not the smallest in the subnet. The
network will cause a multi-cast storm from the IGMP client report if it is in Auto mode. All switches must be in
disable mode when the VOD server is configured for IGMP Querier.
@Notice: It is suggested that the VOD server switch have the smallest IP address.
