Ignition Switch
Use a multimeter to test for continuity:
RZR / RZR S Models - Test between the 3 sets of ignition
switch outputs (OFF / ON / START). If any of the tests fail,
replace ignition switch assembly.
• Turn the ignition key to ON. There should be continuity
between pins C and D; A and F.
• Turn the ignition key to START. There should be
continuity between pins A and B; C and D.
RZR S, INT’L Models - Test between the 4 sets of ignition
switch outputs (OFF / ON, LIGHTS / ON / START). If any of
the tests fail, replace ignition switch assembly.
• Turn the ignition key to ON, LIGHTS. There should be
continuity between pins A, E and F; C and D.
• Turn the ignition key to ON. There should be continuity
between pins C and D; E and F.
• Turn the ignition key to START. There should be
continuity between pins A and B; C and D; E and F.
Turn Signal Switch (2010 INT’L Models)
1. Disconnect the switch harness (Green, Blue, Yellow,
Gray/Red, Red/Yellow, and Yellow/Green), by depressing
the connector lock and pulling on the connector. Do not
pull on the wiring.
2. Test the switch connections and check for continuity at the
pins shown in the illustration.
