18. Using a brass drift, remove the water pump drive
shaft. Be sure not to damage the threads. Inspect
shaft for wear or damage, replace if necessary.
19. Extract the mechanical seal (E) and the oil seal (F)
from the stator cover.
20. Press out the water pump drive shaft bearing (G)
from the stator cover. Discard bearing and replace
with new.
