Delete a Contact from the Contact Directory
You can delete any contact from the contact directory.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• Press the Left Navigation Key , then select Contact Directory.
• Go to Menu > Directories > Contact Directory.
2. Do one of the following:
• Enter your contact's first name or the last name to search for your contact.
• Press the Downward Arrow Key to go to your contact.
3. Select Options > Delete.
4. Select OK.
Enterprise Directory
When you register your VVX D230 wireless handset and the enterprise directory is available on the
paired DECT IP phone, you can access the enterprise directory from the wireless handset.
You can view, search for, and call enterprise contacts on the wireless handset.
View Contact Information for Enterprise Directory Contacts
You can view contact information for any contact stored in the enterprise directory.
Enterprise directory entries display alphabetically. If there are no entries in the directory, the screen
displays No Records.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• Press the Left Navigation Key , then select Enterprise Directory.
• Go to Menu > Directories > Enterprise Directory.
2. Do one of the following:
• Enter your contact’s first name or the last name to search for your contact.
• Press the Downward Arrow Key to go to your contact.
3. Select Options > View Details.
Search the Enterprise Directory
You can search for contacts in the enterprise directory using a contact’s first or last name.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• Press the Left Navigation Key , then select Enterprise Directory.
• Go to Menu > Directories > Enterprise Directory.
