2. Select Options > Advanced Search.
3. Enter your contact’s information, then select Search.
Save an Enterprise Directory Contact to the Contact Directory
You can copy contacts from the enterprise directory to the contact directory. You can then edit the
contact’s information before saving to the contact directory.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• Press the Left Navigation Key , then select Enterprise Directory.
• Go to Menu > Directories > Enterprise Directory.
2. Do one of the following:
• Enter your contact’s first name or the last name to search for your contact.
• Press the Downward Arrow Key to go to your contact.
3. Select Options > Copy to Contact Directory.
4. If necessary, edit the contact information.
5. Select Copy.
