Factory Reset a Handset
You can factory reset a handset, which erases all stored information and returns all settings to the original
factory settings.
Contact your administrator before factory resetting your handset.
Procedure
1. On your handset, go to Menu > Settings > Factory Reset.
2. Select OK.
Your handset reboots.
3. On your handset, go to Menu > Settings > Registration.
4. Select Register.
5. At the base station, press and hold the Find button for 5 seconds.
6. When prompted on your handset to register, select Yes.
You must re-register your handset after you factory reset it.
