How to resolve power issues with Polycom SoundPoint IP 650 IP Phone and expansion module?

If power is not correctly applied to your Polycom IP Phone or the SoundPoint IP Color Expansion Module, check that the screen is illuminated. Ensure the LAN cable is properly inserted at the back of the phone. If using Power over Ethernet (PoE), have your system administrator check the PoE switch and verify that EM power is enabled in the Network Configuration menu, especially if you are using an expansion module. If issues persist, contact your system administrator to determine if the screen capture feature is enabled.
