Ensure the LAN cable is properly inserted at the back of the phone. If using Power over Ethernet (PoE), have your system administrator check the PoE switch and verify that EM power is enabled in the Network Configuration menu, especially if you are using an expansion module. If issues persist, contact your system administrator to determine if the screen capture feature is enabled.
