3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Always pay attention to these operating instructions, too.
Unpacking The scope of supply includes the following components:
• 1 A-CAB-BAS System Cabinet
• 1 TMS-I-500 Sensor Head
• 1 TMS-W-500 Data Management System consisting of an industrial PC
with mouse and keyboard
• 1 TMS-E-500 Controller
• 1 TFT monitor with monitor cable and mains cable
• 3 Mains cables
• 1 Hardlock (dongle)
• 1 Network cable
• 1 USB 3.0 cable (approved by Polytec)
• 1 Polytec test object
• 1 Motor cable
• 1 Control cable
• 1 A-STD-P550 Stand including 4 covering plates
• 1 A-SPK-0003 Sample Positioning Kit consisting of tip-tilt unit and spacer
ring
Assembly kit:
• 2 M6 x 25 Allen screws (sensor head – stand)
• 1 M6 x 60 Allen screw (sensor head – stand)
• 4 M6 x 25 Allen screws or 1/4"-20UNCx1" with washers (stand – base
plate)
• 4 M6 x 16 Allen screws with washers (tip-tilt unit – spacer ring or XY
positioning stage)
• 4 M6 x 25 Allen screws or 1/4"-20UNCx1" (spacer ring or XY positioning
stage – base plate)
