1,7 Severe B+ Undervoltage
Current limit decreases to 0

A system other than the
controller is draining the
battery.
• The battery resistance is too
high.
• The battery is disconnected.
• The B+ fuse is blown.
• The main contactor did not
close.
• Undervoltage parameters
are incorrectly configured.
The voltage is below the Severe
Undervoltage threshold.

Address the possible
causes, then cycle the
keyswitch.

• The user overvoltage
parameter is incorrectly
configured.
• The battery resistance is too
high for the regen current.

The voltage is above the Severe
Overvoltage threshold.

Address the possible
causes, then cycle the
keyswitch.
2,3 Controller
Overtemperature Cutback
Reduced drive torque
Reduced regen braking
torque
• The controller is operating in
an extremely hot
environment.
• There is excessive load on
the vehicle.
• The controller is incorrectly
mounted, which is
preventing the controller
from cooling.
The controller’s heatsink
temperature exceeded 75°C.

Address the possible
causes, then cycle the
keyswitch.
