The following table shows the main failures and alarms that may occur in the inverter.
A046 - High load in the
blower motor shaft.
Blower motor overload alarm.
A050 - Power Module
Over Temperature
The power module temperature
sensor has detected high
temperature.
Temperature in lGBT’s high (P030 >
230F / 110C).
Room ambient temperature too
high (> 122F / 50C) or elevated
output current.
Cooling fans may be blocked or not
operating.
F021 - Under voltage in
CC bus
(please read the
following row)
Under voltage failure in
intermediate circuit.
Wrong input supply voltage, set
inverter data in labels are per the
supply source network and the P296
parameter.
Input voltage too low.
Missing input phase.
Failure in preload circuit.
F022 - Overvoltage in
CC bus
Overvoltage failure in
intermediate circuit.
Wrong supply voltage.
Supply voltage is very high.
Load inertia very high or very fast
deceleration ramp.
Very high P151 adjustment.
F051 -
Overtemperature in
IGBT’s
Power module sensor over-
temp.
Temperature in lGBT’s high (P030 >
230F / 110C).
Room ambient temperature too
high (> 122F / 50C) or elevated
output current.
Cooling fans may be blocked or not
operating.
F070 - Overcurrent /
Short-circuit
Overcurrent or output short-
circuit for blower motor or CC
bus.
Short-circuit between two phases of
the blower motor.
lGBT’s module in shorting or
damaged.
F072 - Overload in the
blower motor
Overload failure in the blower
motor (60s in 1.5 x l nom).
Load on the blower motor shaft very
high.
