Grasp both handles and position your upper arms
against the arm pads.
Rotate arms upward in a slow, controlled motion to a
horizontal position.
Pause at full extension.
Slowly return to the start position.
Training Tips
If the arm pads move along your upper arm during exercise,
adjust the seat height so your shoulders are properly aligned
with the pivots.
Maintain proper breathing:
Breathe out as you contract your muscles.
Breathe in as you relax your muscles.
