Ê Open one of the telescopic rails completely.
Ê Unlock the outermost telescopic bar by pushing the white lever (figure 5) in
the direction of the arrow (1) and pull the telescopic bar completely out from
the rail.
Ê Repeat the both steps with the second telescopic rail.
