Purpose：To set the upper/lower limit value of threshold power (W).
Description：This command is to set the upper/lower limit value of threshold power
(WATT). When power (WATT) is lower than this lower limit value or
higher than the upper limit value, NG indicating light will come on to
indicate〝NO GOOD〞.
