  If, after turning on the BMS, all battery module Status LEDs are not working on your Pylontech Battery Pack, it could be due to the DC/DC power board or control board failing. In this case, change the control module (BMS module). Another possible cause is a broken communication cable from the BMS to the first battery module, so replace the broken communication cable. Also, check all the power cables and connections to ensure they are in good condition.
