Programming an arm switch
By default, the QQ190™ RTF comes congured to arm and disarm via the transmitter
sticks. You move the left stick down and to the right to arm, and down and to the left
to disarm. This approach is the most universal, since it works with all transmitters, but
it is not the approach that we recommend.
The best method that we have found to arm and disarm is to use a separate switch.
This allows you to use your control sticks for one thing--controlling the copter--and
arm and disarm with a dedicated control.
WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
One risk of using switch arming is that it is very easy to accidentally arm the drone by
bumping the arming switch. The QQ190 will not arm if the throttle is raised. Therefore,
we recommend that you slightly raise the throttle after you disarm the copter. as a
safety precaution. Make it a habit of "disarm, raise the throttle", and always leave the
