Changing Passcodes
I have this feature.
I do not have this feature.
This feature lets you change your personal passcode at any time,
without assistance from your alarm company. It is recommended that
you write down your old passcode and the new one before you begin.
1. Make sure that your system is off (On light is off).
2. Press the 5 key. The OK tone sounds and the display changes
to:
3. Enter your current passcode. The Part light begins to flash and
the display shows your user number. In this example, the user number
is 4:
4. Entered a new passcode with the same number of digits as your
old passcode. If the error tone sounds, go back to step 1 and try a
different new passcode.
5. Enter your new passcode again. The OK tone sounds and the
system leaves the change passcode mode. If the error tone sounds,
start over.
