EXAMPLE: Check watering length of Program Three (3).

The controller has calculated the total watering time of Program Three (3), to be 1
hour. To complete watering by 7:30 AM will require a morning start time of 6:30
AM.

EXAMPLE: Set Start Time Number One to 6:30 AM.

This completes the setup of irrigation Program Number Three (3). We will now
