6.9 ALARM
The RME EAGLE controller is equipped with an audible alarm feature which notifies the operator
if a field wire or flow fault has been detected. The alarm is an audible “chirp” which occurs once
every 6 seconds. It remains in effect until the alarm is cleared by the operator. When the alarm is
enabled, the sound will be heard by anyone passing by the controller.
EXAMPLE: Turn the audible alarm off,

6.10 CYCLE AND SOAK
The Cycle and Soak feature allows you to select whether a program will be a Cycle and Soak
program or not.
For a description of what a Cycle and Soak program is, see 5.0 FUNCTION AND EXECUTION
KEY OPERATIONS chapter of this manual under the heading 5.3.1.2 Cycle and Soak
Programming.
EXAMPLE: Programs 1, 2 and 3 are to be configured as Cycle and Soak programs.
