RME EAGLE Controller Requirements:
1. Use a Normally Closed Master Valve.
2. Enable Flow Sensing.
3. Controller will use No Stack mode.
4. Controller will monitor a Rain Sensor.
Configure Master Valve:
The RME EAGLE will use a Normally Closed Master Valve. Installation of the
Master is depicted in 3.2.1.1 Electrical Connections for a Master Valve.
