6 OPERATION
6.4 TO FIT THE CUTTER DECKS TO THE MACHINE ____________________________
Front deck mounting.
1. Make sure the hydraulic hoses are plugged to prevent loss of hydraulic oil. Start the engine and lower the
lift arms (A) to the ground. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
2. Position the flail deck in front of the vehicle and align the lift arms with the unit mounting bracket.
3. Apply a small amount of grease to pin (B) and then slide the pins through the lift arm and flail mounting
bracket.
4. Fasten pin (B) in place with quick release pins (C).
5. Remove the hose plugs and fit the hoses to the flail brake valve on the cutting unit.
