Norme per la sostituzione e montaggio della bombola del gas
!
Attenzione!
• Rispettare le direttive di sicurezza vigenti riguardo gli autoveicoli ali-
mentati a Benzina-GPL.
• La sostituzione della bombola del gas quando vuota e dei relativi
componenti, deve essere e ettuata SOLO DA UN OPERATORE o PER-
SONALE AUTORIZZATO E QUALIFICATO RISPETTANDO LE NORME DI
MONTAGGIO FORNITE DAL PRODUTTORE.
• Durante la sostituzione della bombola, evitare il contatto sulla pelle,
il gas in forma liquida produce ferite da gelo.
!
Pericolo! incendio o esplosione
• La presenza di ghiaccio o accumoli gialli e schiumosi sulla bombola
del gas indicano la presenza di perdite.
• Chiudere la valvola del gas posta sulla bombola ruotandola in senso
orario.
• NON FUMARE E NON UTILIZZARE FIAMME LIBERE durante la sostitu-
zione della bombola del gas.
• La bombola del gas NON DEVE ESSER SOSTITUITA ALL’INTERNO DI
GARAGE O LOCALI SOTTENAREI E CHIUSI.
• In caso di incendio causato dalla fuoriuscita di gas liquido, usare
estintori ad anidride carbonica o a CO”.
• Periodicamente controllare le condizioni di tenuta dell’impianto a gas
e dei relativi comonenti. É VIETATO UTILIZZARE LA MACCHINA CON
IMPIANTO A GAS NON A TENUTA.
Sostituzione della bombola del gas
Procedere come segue:
• Sganciare la chiusura 1 del supporto sedile 2 e ribaltarlo come indica la
freccia in foto.
• Chiudere la valvola del gas 3 ruotandola in senso orario.
• Svitare il tubo del gas 4 utilizzando un utensile con chiave di 30 mm.
• Proteggere la valvola del gas avvitando il cappuccio di protezione 5.
• Aprire le chiusura a leva 6 e la relativa fascia di ssaggio bombola.
• Rimuovere la bombola del gas 7 dal suo supporto.
• Montare la nuova bombola del gas sul supporto bombola rispettando la
stessa posizione di installazione.
!
Attenzione!
• L’attacco del tubo posto sulla bombola, deve esserre in verticale e rivolto
verso il basso come in foto.
• Richiudere la chiusura a leva 6 e relativa fascia.
• Svitare dalla valvola del gas il cappuccio di protezione.
• Avvvitare il tubo del gas sulla valvola posta sulla bombola utilizzando la
stesso utensile con chiave di 30 mm .
!
Attenzione!
In rispetto alle norme vigenti allo smaltimento, le bombole del gas vuote
vanno sempre chiuse e consegnate nei centri preposti.

Regulations for the replacement and assembly of the gas cylinder
!
Caution!
• Observe the applicable safety guidelines for vehicles fuelled by LPG
petrol.
• The replacement of the gas cylinder when empty and its components
must be carried out ONLY by an AUTHORIZED AND QUALIFIED OPE-
RATOR or PERSONNEL respecting the mounting regulations provided
by the manufacturer.
• When replacing the gas cylinder, avoid contact with the skin, as liquid
gas will cause frost wounds.
!
Danger! Fire or explosion
• The presence of ice or yellow foamy deposits on the gas cylinder indi-
cates the presence of leaks.
• Close the gas valve on the cylinder by turning it clockwise.
• DO NOT SMOKE AND DO NOT USE FREE FLAMES when replacing the
gas cylinder.
• The gas cylinder MUST NOT BE REPLACED IN A GARAGE OR UNDER-
GROUND AREAS AND CLOSED.
• In case of re caused by the leakage of liquid gas, use carbon dioxide
or CO extinguishers.
• Periodically check the tightness conditions of the gas system and its
components. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE MACHINE WITH A GAS SY-
STEM THAT IS NOT SEALED.
Replacing the gas cylinder
Proceed as follows:
• Unlock closure 1 of the seat support 2 and tilt it as indicated by the arrow
in the photo.
• Close the gas valve 3 by turning it clockwise.
• Unscrew the gas hose 4 by using a 30 mm wrench tool.
• Protect the gas valve by screwing on the protective cap 5.
• Open the locking lever 6 and its iron band for xing the cylinder.
• Remove gas cylinder 7 from its holder.
• Reassemble in the same position the new gas cylinder on its holder.

Caution!
• The hose connection on the gas cylinder must be vertical and pointing
downwards as shown in the photo.
• Closing the locking lever 6 and its iron band.
• Unscrew the protective cap from the gas valve.
• Screw the gas hose to the valve on the cylinder using the same 30 mm
wrench tool.

Caution!
In compliance with the regulations in force for disposal, empty gas cylin-
ders must always be closed and delivered to the designated centres.
