The sweeper fails to pick up large particles of dirt or
leaves traces of dirt behind
Brush speed too slow Increase hydraulic motor speed
Working speed too fast Reduce working speed
Brush pressure too light Adjust brush pressure (trace on  oor)
Brush worn Replace brush
Bristles bent, or string or wire, etc., entangled in brush Remove string or wire
Dust guide plate encrusted with pressed material Clean using an iron spatule
Sweeper leaves dust on  oor or dust comes out from
side  aps
Vacuum fan faulty Check fan
Bin detached from fan mouth Close the bin tight
Filter clogged Clean  lter
Flaps worn Replace  ap
Dust inside the  lter housing
Filters broken Replace
Seals of  lter housing worn Replace
Sweeper fails to pick up paper, leaves, etc. Front  ap raiser not working Check or in case repair
