The wire feeding
resistance is large.
Check wire feeding in the
wire plate.

The wire feeding
resistance is large.
Check wire feeding in the
wire plate.

Speed feedback
line error
The speed feedback line
of the wire feeder is
broken or faulty.
Check the speed
feedback line.

Inverter overheating
The welding machine
is overheated.
Check whether the fan is
rotating and the thermal
switch is disconnected.
