Pro gram ming of the in di ca tor is di vided into modu lar steps. Each mod ule
is a short se quence of data en tries. The front panel but tons “UP” and
“DOWN”, (shown as “ar rows” on the front panel) are used to change the
data and set- ups, while the “P” but ton is used to save or en ter the data. Af ter
press ing “P” which gains en try into the pro gram ming mode, the
pro gram ming mod ules are iden ti fied by the mes sage “Pro” and a number in
the dis play. “UP” and “DOWN” are used to se lect the de sired pro gram ming
mod ule and “P” is used to en ter it. All of the sub se quent pro gram ming steps
fol low the same pro ce dure. The rear ter mi nal la beled “PGM. DIS.” must be
un grounded to gain ac cess to pro gram ming.
