TURBOCHARGING
Turbocharger outlet exhaust gas duct: Removal - Refitting

a Torque tighten the clip of the turbocharger outlet
exhaust gas duct (initial torque) (5 N.m).
a Tighten to torque:
-the bolts on the bracket of the turbocharger
outlet exhaust gas duct (44 N.m),
-the clip of the turbocharger outlet exhaust gas
duct (20 N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit a new exhaust flange seal.
a Fit the exhaust pipe.
a Refit:
-the silencer bolts,
-the intermediate pipe bolts,
-the catalytic converter bolts,
-the exhaust flange nuts,
-the engine undertray.
Note:
The clip sold as a spare part is different from the
original clip.
Only the clip sold as a spare part enables torque
tightening under the conditions of tightening in
After-Sales.
