REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
a Remove:
-the engine cover,
-the engine undertray bolts,
-the engine undertray.
a Undo:
-the air filter unit air outlet pipe clip (1) on the air fil-
ter unit,
- the air filter unit air outlet pipe clip (2) on the turbo-
charger air inlet pipe.
a Remove the air filter unit air outlet pipe.
a Unclip the turbocharging pressure regulation sole-
noid valve hose from the turbocharger air inlet pipe
at (3) .
Tightening torquesm

exhaust gas duct bolts
XX N.m
exhaust bracket bolts XX Nm
exhaust fuel injector
cooler bolts
XX N.m
turbocharger outlet
exhaust gas duct stay
bolts
XX N.m
IMPORTANT
Wear protective gloves during the operation.
IMPORTANT
Wear leaktight gloves (Nitrile type) for this opera-
tion.
