Engine cooling fan assembly: Removal - Refitting

a Remove the lower bolts (4) from the front end panel.
a Tilt the front end panel slightly towards the front of
the vehicle.
a Remove the intercooler outlet air outlet pipe (see
12B, Turbocharging, Intercooler air outlet pipe:
Removal - Refitting, page 12B-56) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Disconnect:
- the fan assembly connector (5) ,
- the fan assembly resistor connector (6) .
a Unclip the fan assembly wiring from the fan assem-
bly at (7) .
a Remove:
- the bolts (8) from the fan assembly,
- the fan assembly.
