Large retroreector
The large retroreector is used to measure the
straightness of vertical axes� It can also be used
in certain horizontal straightness congurations
where it is not possible to place the stationary
straightness reector behind the interferometer.
Straightness shutter
The straightness shutter has two rotational
elements, allowing for compatibility with the
straightness measurement optics in both
horizontal and vertical orientations�
Squareness measurement kit
This kit allows the measurement of the axis squareness (perpendicularity)�
It must be used in conjunction with the straightness measurement optic�
