This manual does not contain any repair instructions.
• For safety reasons, repairs may only be carried out by Retsch GmbH
or an authorised representative or by qualified service technicians.
11.3 Maintenance
The AS 200 jet is largely maintenance-free.
It is possible to calibrate the pressure sensor ( Chapter "Calibration of the Pressure Sensor").
This is especially important, when the device is used in quality control and thus must be
regularly calibrated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9000 ff.
11.4 Calibration of the Pressure Sensor
Remove the sealing screw (DS).
Insert a test sieve with a suitable sieve lid.
Connect an industrial vacuum cleaner to the manual vacuum regulation.
