Changing Modes
This section explains how to change modes.
The following illustrations show screens that appear when all options are installed.
❖ System Reset
The screen specified in Function Priority appears automatically after a certain
period of time has elapsed. This function is called “System Reset”. See “Sys-
tem Settings”, General Settings Guide.
You can change the System Reset time. For the setting procedure, see “Timer
Settings”, General Settings Guide.
Note
❒ You cannot switch modes in any of the following situations:
• During initial setup
• When accessing User Tools
• While scanning an original
❒ The copy display is set as the default screen when the machine is turned on.
You can change this default setting. For the setting procedure, see “System
Settings”, General Settings Guide.
