Normally a length of about 420 mm (16.5 inches) can be scanned; however, it is only possible to specify a
scanning size up to 432 mm (17 inches).
• If the machine cannot detect the size of the original you placed, specify the scan area (original size)
manually. For details about specifying the scan area, see “Scan Size”.
