4. The "Access Code" entry dialog appears.
5. Input the access code (for customer engineers).and then Click "OK".
6. Click the "SP Mode 3" tab.
7. Click "Clear Transfer Roller EM Counter", "Clear Paper Feed Roller EM Counter" or "Clear
Fusing Unit EM Counter" and click "OK".
8. Exit the SOM utility.
