3. Set the trigger condition
Press When, turn the multi-function knob to select the desired trigger
condition and press the knob. You can also press When continuously to switch
the current trigger condition.
(1) Sync: trigger on the last bit of the sync field.
(2) Identifier: trigger when a frame with an ID equal to the selected value is
detected. Please set the identifier referring to "Set the frame ID".
(3) Data: trigger when a frame with data equal to the selected value is detected.
Please set the data referring to "Set the data".
(4) ID&Data: trigger when a frame with an ID and data equal to the selected
values is detected. Please set the identifier referring to "Set the frame ID".
Please set the data referring to "Set the data".
(5) Wakeup: trigger when a wake-up frame is detected.
(6) Sleep: trigger when a sleep frame is detected.
(7) Error: trigger when a specified type of error frame is detected.
When “Error” is selected, press Type and turn the multi-function knob
to select a desired type and the types available includes Sync, Even-Odd
and Checksum.
4. Set the frame ID
When “Identifieror "ID&Data" is selected, press Identifier and turn the
multi-function knob
or the inner knob of the navigation knob to adjust the
ID at a relatively smaller step or turn the outer knob of the navigation knob to
adjust the ID data at a relatively larger step. The range of the ID is from 0 to 63.
5. Set the data
When “Data” or "ID&Data" is selected, the data setting area (as shown in the
figure below) is displayed at the bottom of the screen displaying the current
data setting information (the data bit currently selected is highlighted in red)
and the data setting information changes with the data setting.
Method 1: Set the data in binary
a. Press Type and turn the multi-function knob to select a desired
type and press the knob. You can also press Type continuously to
switch the data type. The data types available include = (equal to), ≠
(not equal to), < (less than), > (greater than), (greater than or equal
